Building Services Engineer - MTR Corporation

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will assist in carrying out operation, maintenance, improvement as well as new and upgrading works on all building services systems in the properties managed by the Corporation. You will be responsible for planning, organising, directing and controlling projects and / or maintenance works from inception to post-construction stages. You will be required to liaise with internal sections, external consultants, contractors, owners and government departments.
You should have a degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with Corporate Membership of HKIE or other recognised professional engineering institutions. You should have at least 5 years' relevant post-graduate experience with knowledge of project management, contract administration and / or building services systems maintenance. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
