Project Manager - McDonald's

(Ref: SCMP-PM)
Accountabilities
To evaluate the technical feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing restaurants
To coordinate and monitor all restaurant development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines and within budget
To ensure all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time for the project including negotiating with the landlords and statutory authorities
To manage the consultants and contractors and provide regular feedback on their performance
To prepare the cost estimates, monitor the approved budget and exercise all cost control measures
Applicants should

Be a degree holder in Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, Building or Construction Management
Possess professional qualification of HKIS, HKIA, HKIEE, HKIME, ClOB or equivalent
Possess 5 to 7 years relevant experience in which 3 years in a supervisory level
Familiar with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
