Responsibilities
Assess and process Medical claims within authorized limit
Ensure claims are settled properly and promptly
Provide quality claims service in accordance to the service standards, procedures and guidelines
Arrange disbursement and payments on claims settlements
Reply enquires from intermediaries and customers in a timely manner
Requirements
Degree with ANZIIF /ACII / FLMI / ALHC qualification or in progress
2-4 years experience in Medical claims
Able to work independently
Team player with a positive attitude
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
PC skills: MS Word and Excel
