Fresh Food Operations Manager - Citysuper

Job Responsibilities

•Report to Deputy Regional Head of Selling Division and the incumbent will be accountable for the fresh food departments in 4 stores
•Act as the central person in Selling Division for alignment with other divisions for fresh food operational efficiency and effectiveness
•Communicate with Fresh Food Buying team on product mix, inventory, product display and operation-related activities
•Plan and coordinate with other divisions for the establishment of specific procedures or implementation of a system in Store Fresh Food departments before launch

Job Requirements
•At least 8 years relevant experience gained from retail industry and large-scale companies
•Solid experience and knowledge in handling fresh food products and chain-store management experience especially in monitoring fresh food departments
•Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills
•Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, strong communication skills to work with different divisions
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
