You will manage the technical support staff in Hong Kong and Macau so as to provide the overall technical and system management support to the computer networks in Hong Kong and Macau corporate offices.

Job duties
Perform technical support and manage computer network and server set up
Provide technical support and planning for PC, related peripherals, OA software, email system, intranet, internet, website, user application systems, system software and hardware at the disaster recovery site
Supervise technical support staff in Hong Kong and Macau offices
Assist in the development, maintenance and enforcement of IT policies and guidelines
Perform research and development tasks on new hardware and software
Manage IT administration and departmental administrative matters

Requirements
University graduate in computer studies / information technology or related discipline,
Over 8 years'relevant experience in supporting PC, LAN, WAN, Ms Windows Server, Ms Exchange, Ms Office, Internet, TCP/IP, security tools, VPN, SQL server admin and VMware
At least 2 years'exposure in supervising staff and coordinating with vendors
Be responsible for at least 1 major network project from initiation to completion
Good communication and management skills
Be able to work independently

The Person

Your role

To lead the Mainland Operations Unit of the division and, in the capacity of WFOE CEO, manage HKPC's subsidiaries on the Mainland
