Helpdesk Officer - The Dairy Farm Company

The Job

Attend the helpdesk calls and take action according to the helpdesk escalation procedures
Sort out problem over the phone and perform problem logging
Gather and handle all service requests from users
Compose services level statistics report on regular basis
Prepare and consolidate system performance or utilization statistics for the management and users' review
Prepare memos for internal communications
Keep track on the logged helpdesk problem status
Administrate stores'IT asset management
Update and maintain the store equipment list
Manage and schedule installation, refurbishments, disconnection and stores closure of IT asset
Arrange IT asset delivery between warehouse and stores
Prepare, handle and process Purchase Order & Invoice of stores
Organise and handle the reconfiguration & repairing of different electronic devices in stores
Follow, maintain and assist the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 in the department

The Person
Form 5 or above with 2-3 years of working experience in retail industry
Good command of spoken / written English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
Excellent telephone manner
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Familiar with store operations and procedures
Good numerical sense and basic Accounting knowledge
Proactive and outgoing with capability to work under pressure
Patient to listen and willing to learn
Well versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and Windows XP, Chinese word processing
Shift duty is required
