Services Management Manager - Bank of China

Responsibilities
Ensure all e-channel services are provided satisfactorily and in accordance with statutory as well as regulatory requirements
Monitor daily service performance, formulates preventive measures and capacity plans
Coordinate with relevant parties to formulate customer security policies and other risk management controls of all e-channel services
Develop risk base model to monitor unusual e-channels' activities
Organize internal user training and customer education

Requirements
Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Computer Studies, Information Technology or Banking
At least 5 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce, Project Management or Risk Analysis, of which 3 years experience must be hands-on Banking or Financial industry. E-banking experience will be strongly desired
Sound knowledge on online security and e-Banking services
Previous exposure to fraud monitoring implementation is an added advantage
Excellent problem solving skill, self-motivated and creative
Able to work under pressure and be flexible
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, Mandarin preferred
With managerial skill to lead a team of several applications
