Senior Consultant - Process Management Division - Hong Kong Productivity Council

Your role

To lead the Mainland Operations Unit of the division and, in the capacity of WFOE CEO, manage HKPC's subsidiaries on the Mainland
To formulate business and marketing strategies for the continual growth of HKPC's business in the Mainland
To develop integrated services for the needs of the Mainland market
To receive visitors from the Mainland or elsewhere concerning Mainland business
To lead and participate in project delivery for the Unit or WFOEs as and when required

Our expectations
Minimum requirement is Bachelor Degree with 6 years post degree relevant experience or PhD / Doctorate / Master Degree with 5 years post degree relevant experience
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Management or Business with at least 6 years' hands-on industrial or managerial experience, preferably with substantial mainland China and manufacturing industry exposure
Strong leadership and business sense, self-motivated, and excellent communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel frequently to Mainland
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Applicants with less experience will be considered for lower rank. A higher competitive salary commensurate with academic qualification and years of experience will be offered.
