The incumbent will report to the Area Manager and will be responsible for assisting Area Manager in managing stores and being a lead in the assigned portion of retail business, i.e. formulating and executing the processes to maximize sell-through, maintaining the best brand presence.
Responsibilities
•Participate in the development of retail plan to achieve revenue, profitability, inventory and brand equity targets
•Analyze store/shop sell-through and inventory data to generate reliable store sales forecast
•Monitor the sales progress, track sales staff & product performance at retail and initiate action plans to capture additional sales opportunity
Requirements
•Degree holder
•3-4 year experience in retail operations, preferably with multi-national companies
•Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
•Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
•Able to work in team and independently, drive to success
•Familiar with MS Office
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Operations Executive.
