Responsibilities
•Handle full set import & export shipping & banking documents and custom declaration independently
•Direct communicate with Asia Pacific regional offices, operations team, factories and freight forwarders for shipping arrangements
•Support logistics administrative duties
•Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements
•Form 5 graduate or above
•Minimum 2 years experience in full set I/E and shipping procedure, preferred with knowledge in fashion accessories products
•Familiar with Asia Pacific and US markets
•Good command in English and Chinese
•Mature, Independent, well organised, responsible, excellent attention and sensitive to details, willing to learn and team player
•Good PC skills especially in MS Office, capable to learn ERP system. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
•Immediate available is highly preferred
