Building Surveyor - MTR Corporation

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, alteration and refurbishment works to the properties managed by the Corporation.
You should have a degree in Building Surveying and possess the qualifications as a Chartered Building Surveyor with Corporate Membership of RICS or HKIS (Building Surveying Division), an Architect with Corporate Membership of RIBA or HKIA or other recognised professional engineering institutions. You should have at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in building work design, drafting of tender specifications, contracts administration, as well as supervision of site works relating to construction and maintenance of commercial and office buildings.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
