Contract Service Coordinator - BOC Credit Card

Responsibilities

Process customers' service request
Monitor loan administration progress
Handle customer enquiries
Monitor the service order process is in good progress and ensure documentation procedure is in good order
Liaise with various departments for workflow enhancement

Requirements
University graduate or above
Minimum of 3 year's relevant experience, exposure in banking / credit card / loan business is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in English & Chinese word processing
Immediate availability preferred
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
