Customer Relationship Executive - South China Morning Post Publishers

Responsibilities

Assist sales and marketing team to achieve outstanding sales performance by providing excellent customer service to newspaper subscribers in circulation division
Required to manage the subscription activities; handle customers' enquiries and complaints; conduct telemarketing sales for newspaper subscription; prepare and analyse the delivery service performance; manage service recovery and monitor the performance of delivery agents

Requirements
Tertiary education or above
Minimum three years of working experience in customer services
Telemarketing experience is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent Putonghua is essential
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong in analysing and database management
Computer literate
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Work on shift basis (7am to 4 pm, 9 am to 6 pm)
Work in Tai Po; shuttle bus is provided
