Leading International Airline
Our client is a reputable international airline with an already well-established presence in Asia. An opportunity exists for an experienced client management and sales focused individual to join the company as Regional Cargo Manager for North Asia.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the International Sales Manager, your prime responsibilities will be to develop annual business plans for the region and deliver the best pricing strategies to clients in order to maximize sales and revenue for the company. Aiming to build strong client loyalty you will closely manage key accounts by developing relationships with senior executives and rectifying service issues and improving operational delivery. This is a people oriented role therefore you should be able to demonstrate strong internal leadership skills as well as excellent external customer services skills.
To qualify, individuals must possess
8+ years'sales/client management experience from the B2B sector
A background from an airline or logistics business is highly preferable
Outstanding relationship building skills with high standards of customer service
A structured, analytical mind set and an ability to develop a business plan independently
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
