Station Officer - MTR Corporation

Responsibilities
You will be a multi-skilled member of the Station Operations Team and will perform station duties such as platform supervision and train service recovery, station crowd control and inspection, manning of Customer Service Centre and handing of Automatic Fare Collection equipment, etc. In addition, you will also provide world class customer services in accordance with preset service targets and standards.

Requirement
HKCEE 5 passes with 1-2 years' working experience preferably in customer service related sectors
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, preferably be able to communicate in putonghua or other languages
Effective communication skills and be customer-oriented
Willing to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
