Assistant FAndB Operations Manager - Ocean Park Hong Kong

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage Department such as quality and cost control of product and service, analysis of guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing. He/She is also required to participate in strategic plan, marketing plan, goals programme and departmental budget.

Requirements
Degree in Hotel & Catering or related disciplines
With at least 5 years'experience in hotel and large catering facilities such as race course, cruise ship or theme park
PRC and overseas exposure to hotel & catering industry is an advantage
Strong leadership skill, good customer relation & inter-personal skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
