Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating, monitoring and evaluating yearly strategic sales plan, and exploring new banquet sales opportunities. He/She is also required to prepare menu proposal, discuss and assess clients'needs professionally, and to co-ordinate with all concerned departments on the banquet arrangement.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality or related disciplines
With at least 4 years'experience and exposure to various aspects of F&B operations particularly in banqueting
Experience in managing different kinds of sales channels is an advantage
Comprehensive knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Safety
Self-motivated, out-going personality with strong selling and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putongua.
Willing to work outdoor, on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
