Sales Supervisor - Novartis

Responsibilities
Promote assigned products to Healthcare professionals
Achieve sales targets for assigned customers
Develop new accounts and initiate effective selling plan
Recommend, execute and report plan of actions
Report market information to management
Supervise subordinates to achieve Company goals
Provide on-job training to subordinates

Requirements
Degree in Science related disciplines
3-5 year's relevant working experience gained in ethical sector in pharmaceuticals industry
Effective selling, negotiation and inter-personal skills
Independent, proactive and take initiatives
Self-driven and target oriented
Good command in both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
Immediately availability preferred
