The main responsibilities will include the following

Responsible for the daily operations of the clinic
Supervise and develop clinic staffs to ensure excellent service to patients and effective implementation of clinic work procedures
Knowledge and good network in the Guangdong area
Generate patient volume as well as the clinic revenue
Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes

Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related subjects
5 years experience in a healthcare / clinic and supervisory experience; overseas experience is preferred
Experience in JV or WOFE clinic is highly desired
Familiar with Guangdong market
Demonstrated business acumen, interpersonal and communications skills
Proven experience in a customer-service environment
Familiar with healthcare organization process, cost control and budget making
