Good general knowledge of Hong Kong
3 years' experience as Assistant Chief Concierge or Guest Service Manager in five star hotel or resort required
Experience with bell desk, transportation and valet parking departments desirable
Membership of Les Clefs d'Or desirable
Strong command of both spoken and written English
