Based in one of our China properties and reporting to the General Manager, you will direct and manage the sales & marketing team in maximizing hotel revenue including rooms, F&B, catering and other revenues. You are also required to develop and monitor the hotel sales and marketing plan to achieve business targets.
Requirement
5 years Hotel sales & marketing experience in China
Excellent sales track record and proven people management skill
Strong strategic thinker with business development skills
Great team player and result oriented
Good communication and presentation skill in English and Mandarin is required
