Customer Services Assistant - The Great Eagle Group of Companies

Responsibilities
To provide high quality customer services at counters in our shopping mall
To assist in promotional events and redemption programs
To handle customers' enquiries & requests

Requirements
Form 5 or above
1 year's customer service experience, preferably in shopping mall or hospitality industry
Responsible, pleasant personality and self-motivated
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Application
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is an advantage
Willing to work on shift
Working Location: Langham Place, Mongkok
