Oversee and coordinate with various departments to ensure a flawless guest experience
Maintain a strong lobby presence and ensure daily operations in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor the daily operations of VIP service areas, facilities and tools
Coordinate and manage every point of contact to ensure immaculate check-in and an outstanding VIP experience
Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests and employees
Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality or related field is preferred
5-star hospitality or premium customer service experience is preferred
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Encore is a new phase of Wynn Macau's expansion featuring 414 suites and villas, three restaurants and bar, a spa, shopping and gaming facilities. Opening in late April, Encore will redefine the premium guest experience through outstanding standards of service and sophistication.
