The Job
The Claims Section of our Betting Services and Systems Department provides dividend claims services to the public, as well as operating the Mark Six Draws. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team.
You will
Review and draft simple claims documents in both English and Chinese
Handle customer correspondence independently on claim matters
Assist Supervisor the daily operations of the claims team
Assist to oversee the handling and investigation of customer dividend claims
Assist Supervisor to plan and implement departmental initiatives to meet customer expectation
Provide support in Mark Six draw operations
About You
You should
Have a degree with 2 years working experience in claims environment from general insurance, trading, banking or legal field
Have excellent written communication ability and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
Have strong business acumen and analytical skills
Be willing to work on shift duties including holidays
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
