Sales Management Role For Hong Kong And Macau
For Candidates With Strong Wholesale And / Or Retail Operations Background
A leading international casual wear brand is looking for a Sales Manager for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

You will be responsible for formulating strategic business plan and operations plan on distribution and retail management. Leading a small team, you will manage the existing franchisees and directly-owned stores to maximize sales and as well as the brand presence. You will manage sell-in, sell-through and inventory level. You will maintain close contact with landlords to exploit opportunities for new stores and to renew lease of the existing stores.

A Degree holder, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the sales management of international apparel / footwear brands. You have solid track record in wholesale accounts / franchisees management. Experience in retail operations is a definite advantage. You are strategic, business-oriented and good in numbers. An effective communicator in English and Chinese, you must have good people and coaching skills.
