The incumbent will manage the entire Country Merchandising Team including Wholesales and Retail. He/she is required to execute the Global and Regional Merchandising Strategy to achieve the Country Wholesale and Retail Targets, drive and provide country analysis, and define the country collection and business plan.
Requirements
Qualified to Degree of Business Administration or International Marketing or Financial Discipline, International Business or Global Management is preferable
A minimum of 10 years' experience in Retail Buying and Wholesales Merchandising within the apparel industry or sportswear industry, with 5 years or more working for International company
Sound understanding and in-depth knowledge on Brand Management
Proven management experience
Excellent analytical skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Good communication of spoken & written English & Chinese (Mandarin)
