The Department
Our Veterinary Department in Sha Tin provides a dedicated and high level of care and attention to ensure optimum health and well-being of all racehorses, horses and ponies in Hong Kong
The Job
You will
Monitor stock in and out, inspect quality and ensure proper storage
Dispense medications to internal associates
Responsible for daily transaction entry, including GRN and SIN
Ensure proper numbering of all daily transaction documents
Conduct bi-weekly cycle count and annual inventory check
Liaise and work with veterinary surgeons and other associates
Perform duties as assigned by the Veterinary Store Supervisor
About You
You should have
Form 5 or above with higher certificate / diploma in warehouse management studies
3 years store / warehouse operation experience
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands-on experience in MS office and knowledge of ERP system is an advantage
Experience in handling warehouse management system (WMS), bar code system / Radio Frequency ID
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
A 2-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for renewal subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
