Manage and lead a team of retail banking sales officers to achieve the set business goals
Develop effective marketing strategy and sales plan to grow the mortgage and personal loan and other retail banking business
Assist in the recruitment and training of new sales officers
Review and ensure the applications for mortgage and personal loans submitted comply with the Bank's guidelines
University graduate or post-secondary education with minimum 6 years experience in mortgage /personal loan business is preferred
Good knowledge in loans and general banking products and services
Good management, presentation and selling skills
