Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external design consultants to produce suitable design
Check design detail drawings including selection of material
Monitor process of tendering and recommendation for award as well as contract administration
Supervise site interior works
Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification
Requirements:
University/ polytechnic/ design institution qualification in Interior Design or equivalent
10 years in residential / commercial / hospitality project design with major developers / consultants
Innovative and creative and possess strong design skill
Good at interior detailing
Good free hand / CAD presentation skills
Sound knowledge in interior finishing materials / fittings
Fluency in English and Chinese
