You will support the Regional Product Director to facilitate the development process to ensure the delivery of market right, consumer relevant and commercially viable product lines for the given season in accordance with the adopt / adapt / invent mantra. You will also required to develop conclusions and make recommendations on a variety of moderately complex issues, and the decisions which have significant impact on business to be reviewed by the Product Director.
To qualify for this role, you should have
Degree holder in Business Administration, Fashion or Merchandising Management
Minimum of 6 years' working experience in successfully managing a strong value brand
Solid exposure in product development, business & market analysis, range planning & analysis
Strong analytical skills and product knowledge on apparel is preferred but not confined to garment
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Cultural sensitive, excellent organization and leadership skills
