Monitor the performance of warehouse operation to meet the service pledge and customer requirements
Develop strategy for effective use of resources
Staff motivation and development
Establish improvement plans in responsibility area
The Person
Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline
At least 4 years of experience in managing warehouse and distribution fleet at supervisory level
Experience in warehouse layout design is an advantage
Knowledge in 5S and 6 sigma is preferred but not essential
Independent and can work with minimum supervision
A good team player, result oriented and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel and Word
