executing marketing plans for achieving key business goals for our real estate development projects in Mainland China
implementing & monitoring marketing programmes, making recommendations for improvement, and overseeing project budgets
Degree in Marketing/Real Estate or related disciplines with 3-5 years’ solid experience in property sales & marketing preferably with PRC exposure
capable of comprehending proposals and contractual language and to ensure quality, consistency and proper coordination
superior people management skills with ability to develop internal pursuit tools, resources and manage, implement research capabilities
with hands-on experience in reviewing design layout of real estate developments and knowledge of interior design
excellent follow through, persuasion, organization & leadership skills, self-starter, creative with sound business judgment & demonstrated understanding & experience in marketing materials
candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Officer
We work 5 days per week.
