The incumbent will be mainly responsible on Solution products in pre-sales / post-sales role and handling all solution products like iW, Uniflow, eCopy and DMS setup / demo in showroom, as well as handling 3rd party products if necessary.
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Graphic Art / Print Media Design
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
3-4 years work experience
Qualification in MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
Good command of English & Cantonese
Knowledge of Desktop Publishing & Document Management System (DMS) is a distinct advantage
Familiar in Mac O/S operation & Wed Application & related Tools is preferred
Particular experience in IT Field Service & Support in preferred
