Vice President - Marketing And Sales - Tradelink Electronic Commerce

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, his/her primary responsibility is develop and implement marketing and sales programs that are in line with the Company overall business strategy to achieve the business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and recommend to the Management business plans on strategies, pricing policies and programs to market and sell the Company's services and products
Devise appropriate incentive schemes and performance targets for sales from time to time
Manage the sales teams to execute the agreed plans, and co-ordinate with other departments as necessary so as to achieve the Company business targets
Gather market intelligence and information for developing marketing and sales plans, continuous improvement of existing services / products and other new business opportunities
Provide inputs to the Management in determining Company's future marketing and sales direction and in preparing Company business plan

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
At least 10 years' marketing and sales experience in IT or trading/logistics sectors, of which at least 3 years in management level
Good understanding and knowledge of e-commerce, trading and supply chain management processes would be an asset
Proven track record of managing a sizeable sales team in achieving revenue and profit growth target
Strong organizational skills with solid experience in planning and implementing marketing programs
A self-motivated, aggressive, and outgoing individual with passion to succeed and achieve
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Putonghua a definite advantage
