Responsibilities
Perform compliance checking and review across the Bank Group and identify proper actions for improvement if necessary
Formulate compliance policies and monitoring program on the Bank's various products and services
Advise management on compliance issues and potential impact and provide compliance training to staff
Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline, preferably major in laws or accounting
Preferably 3 to 5 years' banking compliance or audit experience
Good knowledge in banking laws, products, services and operation
Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skills
Professional presentation and report writing skills
(Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Compliance Officer)
