Responsibilities
Prepare audit plans and execute audit assignments
Supervise and train PRC Internal Audit staff during audit assignments
Prepare & review audit working papers and draft audit reports
Review compliance with Group's policies & procedures
Make recommendations on audit findings with auditees
Follow up audit recommendation and implementations with auditees
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Risk Management
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA, IIA etc)
Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification auditing experience in multinational companies and/ or professional audit firms
Experience in manufacturing industry, PRC business, taxation is preferable
Knowledge of COSO model and EICC audit
Experience in fraud investigation
Hands-on supervisory skills with good business acumen
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
