Finance Project Analyst

The incumbent will join a Finance Change team in supporting large scale global project to enhance Finance's control functions and improve the work efficiency through system automation and process re-engineering. He / She will liaise with Finance users to define the financial reporting requirements, accounting rules, and general ledger structure, and co-ordinate with IT developers for system development. He / She will also prepare test plans and scenarios, perform user acceptance test and follow up with the process changes.

Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline OR associate membership of a recognized professional accounting institution
Minimum of five years' experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in financial control area
Knowledge of accounting rules of banking products or HKMA reporting is a must
Knowledge of banking general ledger systems an advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
