Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operation of production in electronic products to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs
Develop effective production operations and process
Requirements
University graduate in Engineering (Electronic/Production/Manufacturing)
At least 10 years production experience in sizeable electronic manufacturing company (not less that 2000 staff) of which 8 years should be at managerial level
Familiar with production management in PRC factory
Strong leadership skills and problem solving ability
Experience in ERP and ISO system
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Station in Dongguan
