Customer Service Representative - ICBC

Post-secondary education or above with qualification of HKSI or equivalent preferably with qualification of IIQAS
1-2 years' experience in call centre operations for banking and investment service, with exposure in securities and investment markets of HK and the Mainland
Responsive and able to manage large numbers and diversified tasks and set priorities
Good PC skill, communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, client focus and target driven with good selling skill and telephone manner
Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Shift duty is required
