Manager - Financial Accounting - Tradelink Electronic Commerce

Reporting to Vice President - Financial Accounting, the Manager - Financial Accounting is fully responsible for the timely and accurate monthly financial accounting closing of all operating companies and consolidated accounts of Tradelink Group, payments to suppliers and the preparation of annual and interim reports of Tradelink Group for publish to shareholders.

The Job
Prepare the monthly financial accounts closing of all operating companies of Tradelink and consolidated accounts of Tradelink Group
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules of balance sheet items in accordance with the HKGAAP
Prepare annual and interim reports of Tradelink Group in accordance with the listing requirements of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
Supervise the fixed asset accounting system and accurate depreciation charge computation
Supervise the timely and accurate payments to vendors
Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit and work with internal auditor for efficient operation
Liaise with tax consultant for the proper profits tax computation
Provide support to management accounting team for the production of accurate monthly management accounts for Management
Carry out ad hoc projects as required by senior management
The Person

Holder of a relevant degree preferably with membership of a recognised professional accounting body
Over 5 years' experience in auditing and financial accounting gained from large organizations
Well conversant with the latest HK and PRC GAAP and the HK and PRC tax legislations
Good knowledge of customer services
As self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people of various levels within and outside the Company
Strong personal computer skills including hands on experience in spreadsheet and database software
Fluency in spoken and written English
Willing and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Applicants with less than 5 years' experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager, Financial Accounting
