Senior Officer- Customer Service - The Prudential Assurance Co

Responsibilities
Assist team manager to lead a team of staff to deliver desirable level of customer service at Call Centre and Customer Service Centre
Investigate and resolve customer complaints from customers and escalated from junior staff
Conduct regular service quality audit and produce management reports for service review
Drive and implement service improvement program and bring value to customers

Requirements
Degree with minimum of 2 years customer service / call centre / complaints handling experience, preferably gained from life insurance industry
Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
A team player with good leadership, analytical and corporate thinking
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Customer focused, high flexibility and able to meet tight deadline
Proficient in MS Office
Chinese typing is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Customer Service.
